NIIDA-Saffron tea
The nourishing and invigorating qualities of saffron are perhaps best appreciated in tea.
Ingredients:
1 litre of water (for 4 to 6 cups of tea)
20-25 stampers NIIDA-saffran stampers
Method:
1- Make the tea with water not exceeding 80 to 90 degrees
2- Pour the hot water into a teapot
3- Add stampers toe en laat het 10 minuten trekken.
4- Schenk de thee in de kopjes en geniet ervan.
Tips: Gebruik honing om uw kopje thee zoeter en lekkerder te maken!
